We assign work to each artisan strength — autistic makers handle precise punching, while makers with Down syndrome do the delicate gluing.

15% of the price goes directly to artisans as an incentive bonus, 3.67 times times more than a typical workshop allowance. Founder Yoma Ma has worked in leather since 2014, formally becoming a social enterprise in 2023.
