Ordering Process
How do I place an order?
- Create an account or sign in if you are already a member, or check out as a guest (but certain personal information is still required for us to process and fulfil your order, for example, your email address is required for us to send you the order confirmation)
- Add your desired items into the cart
- Complete checkout procedures
Please review your order carefully, you may edit the cart before making payment. Please make sure you have entered the correct email address, contact number, and, if you choose to have the order delivered to you, the correct delivery address.
Confirm your order by selecting your preferred payment method and completing the transaction.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
We completely get it, everyone changes their minds sometimes! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please review your cart carefully before confirming your purchase.
How can I track the shipment of my order?
After your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email containing the courier details. You can track your shipment through the courier’s app. Please note that delivery and tracking services are provided by S.F. Express (Hong Kong), and not Fabrica X. However, if any assistance is needed, our customer support team is happy to help.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa credit cards, Mastercard credit cards, American Express credit card, Union Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal. The accepted payment methods may be changed by us from time to time without notice.
What if my payment fails?
If your payment fails, please try again or use an alternative payment method. For further assistance, contact our customer support team via WhatsApp at +852 6114 6687, and we’ll help resolve the issue.
Shipping and Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship exclusively within Hong Kong.
How much is shipping, and how long does it take?
Your order will be delivered via SF Express (Standard Delivery Service) to the address provided by you at checkout.
Delivery Time: Approximately 18 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) from the date of order confirmation
Shipping Fees: Free standard delivery is included for all orders over HK$800.
Flat Rate Shipping: For orders totaling HK$800 or less, a shipping fee of HK$35 will be applied to each order.
What happens if my order is delayed or lost?
If your order is delayed or lost, please WhatsApp our customer support team immediately at +852 6114 6687. We’ll investigate the issue with the courier and provide updates or solutions.
Can I pick up in store?
Yes, in-store pickup is available, subject to stock availability at our store location. Select the pickup option at checkout and we will send you an email confirmation when your order is ready for pickup, it may take around7 business days(excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Please visit the selected store within 14 days from the date of the confirmation email to collect your order.

What is your return, refund, or exchange policy?
