Each piece is hand-stitched by artisans with disabilities in a sheltered workshop, including people with physical disabilities, autism, Down syndrome and those in mental health recovery. We assign tasks to each artisan strength: autistic trainees handle precision punching, while trainees with Down syndrome manage the delicate glue application.

Of the retail price, 15% goes directly to artisans as a reward bonus, which is 3.67 times. Founder Yoma Ma has worked in leather since 2014 and formally became a social enterprise in 2023.
