Each piece is artisans with disabilities in a sheltered workshop, including people with physical disabilities, autism, Down syndrome and those in mental-health recovery. We assign tasks to each artisan’s strengths — autistic trainees handle precise hole-punching, while trainees with Down syndrome manage the delicate glue application.

of the retail price, 15% goes directly to artisans as a bonus, 3.67 times more than a typical workshop allowance. Founder Yoma Ma has worked in leather since 2014 and formally became a social enterprise in 2023.
