Description
The Lamma sleeveless top is an exercise in natural dyeing, achieved through a multi stage process with Pu'er tea leaves and pomegranate skins.
Each garment is meticulously hand bound and manipulated prior to dyeing, imparting a subtle, irregular pattern unique to the piece a testament to its artisanal origin. Following an initial immersion in the Pu'er dye, the top is finished in a bath of pomegranate skins. The dyer's constant guidance ensures an even, yet deeply organic, absorption of colour, resulting in the soft, mineral grey.
The foundation is a superior Sea Island cotton, chosen for its long staple fibres . This yields a fabric of exceptional hand feel, with a rich natural lustre , inherent strength, and enduring comfort.
